“I love being part of the transformation process starting from when a client walks into the salon to time when they leave”

Rachel has been at the salon since she left school. Originally trained as a colour technician, she has moved on to become part of the styling team, completing her finishing course at the Alan D academy in London in the early part of 2007.

Away from the salon she lives with her boyfriend, and enjoys the close knit family life that surrounds her.
